Cycle Purchase Scheme:- After completing the membership of a minimum of one year, after purchasing the cycle, a maximum of Rs. / – 3500 on providing the receipt of purchase of the cycle

Building Repair Grant Scheme:- Maximum 20000/- only once on completion of three years of membership. But those who have received money for building/cycle or tools in the past will not be given this benefit.
Pension:- On completion of a minimum of five years of membership and after 60 years of age, a monthly pension of Rs.1000 will be payable. Provided that the benefit of pension has not been received under the social welfare scheme.

Medical assistance to the beneficiary: Those workers who have not received the amount from the Chief Minister’s Medical Assistance Fund, will be given an equivalent amount by the Health Department for the treatment of incurable diseases.
Annual Medical Assistance Scheme:– Its benefit will be available to all registered eligible construction workers, under which a lump sum amount of Rs./-3000 per year will be transferred to the beneficiary’s account.
Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana:- The amount of contribution prescribed under this scheme will be borne by the board to the registered construction workers in the age group of 18 to 40 years.
Annual Textile Assistance Scheme:- All registered eligible construction workers will get its benefit. Under which per annum Rs. 2,500/- will be transferred to the account of the beneficiary.
Ayushman Bharat Prime Minister’s Unqualified Scheme:- Under this scheme, the board will bear the actual expenditure on the medical expenses of the construction workers and their family members registered on the board, which are not covered by the Social, Economic, and Caste Census, 2011.
