The age of the student applying for SSC CHSL EXAM should be between 18 to 27 years. The student who is selected for the post of Lower Division Clerk/Junior Secretariat is given a salary of Rs 19,900-63,200 per month as per Pay Level-2. Students selected for the post of Data Entry Operator are given a salary of Rs 25,500-81,100 per month as per Pay Level-4 and Rs 29,200-92,300 as per Level-5. Candidates selected for Data Entry Operator Grade-A posts are also given Rs 25,500-81,100 per month as per Level-4.
SSC CHSL EXAM Application Fee:
Students have to pay fees to fill the SSC CHSL EXAM form, which is different for students of different communities. General and OBC students have to pay Rs 100 as SSC CHSL EXAM fee, while Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates do not have to pay any fee.

SSC CHSL Tier-1 Exam
SSC CHSL exam is a computer based exam. This SSC CHSL exam is conducted in two tiers. In Tier-1, a total of 100 objective type and multiple choice questions of 200 marks are asked. Question papers are asked from English Language (Basic Knowledge), General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skills) and General Awareness.
