Duration of Service.

The working duration of the selected candidates in this Indian Navy Agniveer MR Recruitment 2023 is 4 years. After 4 years, 25% of candidates should be made permanent. The remaining 75% of candidates will be suspended

Leave.

All the candidates selected for the post of MR will be given leave for 30 days in a year. Apart from this, additional sick leave will be given to the candidate on the basis of the advice of the doctors.

Pay, Allowances, and Allied Benefits

Death Compensation.
If an officer dies while on duty, then along with life insurance coverage, death insurance of Rs 44 lakh will also be given to his family members.

Disability Compensation.
If an officer gets physically disabled while on duty, the government will give him Disability Compensation. This compensation has been told in three parts

1. Fund of 15 lakh will be given on 50% disability
2. 25 lakh fund will be given on 75% disability
3. Fund of 44 lakh will be given on 100% disability
