सीनियर साइंटिस्ट असिस्टेंट के पद पर आवेदन करने के लिए बिहार स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन के द्वारा चयन प्रक्रिया का निर्धारण किया गया है
1.शैक्षणिक योग्यता
उम्मीदवार के मैट्रिक आईएसबी बीएससी, बीटेक एमएससी, m.a. और एमटेक के मार्क्स के आधार पर उनके अंक दिए जाएंगे यदि उम्मीदवार इन सभी पर परीक्षाओं में फर्स्ट श्रेणी से पास होता है तो उसे 60 अंक दिए जाएंगे अगर उम्मीदवार से कम श्रेणी से पास होता है तो 51 अंक दिए जाएंगे और यदि उम्मीदवार श्रेणी से पास होता है तो उसे 42 अंक दिए जाएंगे

अभी जो पहले भी विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला में काम कर चुके हैं उनको प्रत्येक पूर्ण वर्ष के 5 मार्क्स दिए जाएंगे यानी सरल भाषा में कहें तो अभ्यार्थी अगर 1 साल से विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला में काम कर रहा है तो उसे अनुभव के 5 मार्क्स मिलेंगे और यदि वह 2 वर्ष से काम कर रहा है तो उसे अनुभव के 10 मार्क्स मिलेंगे

- परीक्षा कार्य में लगे शिक्षक या कर्मचारी को धमकाना यह शारीरिक रूप से क्षति पहुंचाना पर अभ्यर्थियों पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी और उनका पेपर रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और साथ ही उन्हें भविष्य की अनेक परीक्षाओं से वंचित रखा जाएगा
