Education Qualification
For graduate candidates
- Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/B.Sc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University OR B.Sc. (Post certificate) / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State /India Nursing Council
For Diploma candidates
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council-recognized Institute/Board or council (
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council
Two-year Experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.

Screening
Before filling out the application form, the candidate should check the essentiality of his/her education criteria, age, etc. Admit cards will not be issued to the candidates whose application fee is not deposited.
Candidates whose call fee is deposited can appear in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT). But while preparing the merit list, if any mistake is found in the application form of the candidate like age, name, caste etc. then the such candidate will be cancelled without any notice.
Common Recruitment Test (CRT):
- The Common Recruitment Test (CRT) will be a paper of total 100 marks.
- The time limit for this paper will be 2 hours.
- All the questions will be of MCQs type.
- 1 mark will be given for every correct answer. And there will be a negative marking of 0.33 for every wrong answer.
- The exam will be in English language only.
- The exam will be conducted through a Computer-based test(CBT).

Qualify Marks
- To qualify the Common Recruitment Test (CRT), it is mandatory for General, EWS and OBC category candidates to score 50% marks.
- SC and ST category candidate is required to score 45% marks
Final merit
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in CBT and interviews. Candidates from both the categories (reserved & un-reserved) will be included while preparing the merit list for the un-reserved category. But only reserved candidates will be included in the merit list of reserved categories.
