The selection process for Staff Nurse posts in UPUMS will consist of a written test and an interview. The written test will test the knowledge and skills of the candidates while the interview will assess their communication and Mutual skills.

There will be a total of 200 questions in the paper. Each question will be of 3 marks. There will be a negative marking of 1/3 on the paper. This means that for every wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

The time duration of the paper is 3 hours.
