Bihar Health Department Recruitment 2022: By the month of June, the Health Department will make 12 thousand appointments. In the financial year 2021-22, the process of appointment to 14979 posts is in the final stage. Out of all these appointments, the appointment of about 12000 manned forces will be completed by the month of June.
