Bihar Polytechnic Form 2022: There is good news for the students who want to take admission to Bihar Polytechnic Colleges. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the date of online application for Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2022 (DECE [LE]–2022). – Can apply online for 2022
DECE [LE] – In 2022, admission will be taken in the second year of various courses of engineering diploma level in various polytechnic institutions of Bihar. To fill the form of this Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [lateral admission]-2022], it is necessary for the student to have passed 12th Science in which Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and also Mathematics / Biology as one of them. Required or must have passed with any one of the following
- 12th Science Passed (with Maths Subject)
- 12th Science Passed (with Vocational/Technical Subject)
- 10th + ITI (with 2 year course with appropriate trade)
Students who have obtained the educational qualification given above can apply online for Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 and only those candidates are eligible for this examination who have obtained the relevant educational qualification till the date of filing the application. One year ITI Students who have passed the course will not be eligible for enrollment in the second year of the Engineering Diploma course through Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [Lateral Entry] – 2021 Competitive Examination.

The date for conducting the Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [Partial Admission]-2022 has not been released in due time, it will be released later. There is no maximum or minimum age limit for appearing in the same Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination (lateral entry)-2022.

DECE LE-2022 Application Form & Exam Fee:
The candidates appearing in DECE (LE)-2022 can get the prospectus by downloading it from the board’s website: www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
To fill the online application, the candidate can visit the said website www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in “Online Application Portal of D.E.C.E. (L.E.)-2022” link and click on the “Apply Online” button. After this, the instruction which will be seen for filling the application form, the candidate should read and understand it well.
Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2022 (DECE [LE]–2022) Registration
For this Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [Lateral Entry] – 2022 examination, all the information for registration will have to be filled by the correct candidate in the application form appearing on the computer screen under Step-1. While registering the candidates, keep in mind that they should enter their own email ID and mobile no. Because the information related to registration is available with the same email ID and Mobile No. will be sent Simultaneously, the candidate will receive an SMS. An activation code will be sent in the received email and SMS, which will be used by the candidates to activate their Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2022 Account.
To activate the candidate’s account, click on the Activate Your Account button and after entering your email ID and the activation code received, click on the submit button. After the account is activated, click on the candidate Sign In button and complete the further process by signing in by entering your Email ID and Password. DECE LE –2022 Form Photo & Signature Upload
After filling the personal information, the candidate should upload his high contrast colour passport size photograph and his signature in Hindi and English and scan it as per the instructions given on the computer screen and upload it at the designated place. It is necessary to use the photograph taken with the placard (the name of the applicant and the date of the photograph being taken on the photo). when you uploading the photo and signature at the designated place, click on the Save & Continue button.

After uploading the scanned photograph and signature, the candidates have to fill in their educational qualification information as required on the computer screen and click on the Save & Continue button.
After filling the Educational Information, the candidates should check the information given by them thoroughly. If the information given in Step-Two, Step-Three and Step-Four is found to be incorrect in the course of the investigation, then the candidates can correct their information by clicking on the Back to Edit button and click on the Submit & Continue button, So that the information given by you again can be updated. If all the information in the preview of the filled Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 Application Form is correct, then give your declaration and click on the Confirm & Submit button, so that the candidates can deposit the examination fee.
Incompletely filled or tampered or tampered with Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [Lateral Entry] – 2021 Online Application will be rejected.
DECE LE–202 Payment of Examination Fee
After seeing the preview of all the entries filled by the candidate, after submitting, click on the Proceed to Payment button and complete the payment process as per the instructions to fill the examination fee on the computer screen. The deposited examination fee will not be refunded. For General / Backward Classes / Extremely Backward Classes / Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Divyang category, the examination fee of Rs 2200/- (two thousand two hundred) will have to be paid as an examination fee.
Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 has the following two procedures for depositing the exam fee;
OFFLINE DECE [LE]–2021 Payment :
Payment through Bank Challan:
If the candidates want to deposit the examination fee through Bank Challan, then they can download their Challan by selecting Offline / NEFT Challan Option from the Payment Mode displayed on the computer screen.
Take out the tax print and pay through NEFT in any bank till the due date. This process may take approximately 1 (one) hour to update. If their payment is not updated then they should wait for at least 24 hours. If still the payment update is not done, then contact the board office before the due date.On depositing the examination fee through challan, the additional amount (Processing Charge) will have to be paid by the candidate only.
ONLINE DECE [LE]–2021 Fee Payment :
If the candidate pays the examination fee online like; If you want to do it through credit card or debit card or net banking, then they can do it through credit or debit card or net banking by selecting online option from the payment mode shown on the computer screen. On depositing the Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 examination fee, the additional amount (Processing Charge) will have to be paid by the candidate only.
Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 Form Print
After making the payment by the date and time fixed by the board, the candidate should download the hard copy (Part-A and Part-B) of the application form filled by him and take out the print and keep it safe because all the entries filled by you in it and by the board. Provided Registration No. which can be used by you at the time of counselling or in future.
DECE LE–2021 Important Information
There is no need to send the hard copy (Part-A and Part-B) of the downloaded application form to the Board office. It will be mandatory to provide this form to the board at the time of counselling, so candidates should keep this form safe.
After completing all the above procedures, there is no provision for change/modification in the application form after finally submitting the Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 Online Application Form.
Candidates may kindly note that after the submission of the application form, it can neither be withdrawn nor the request for refund of the deposited examination fee will be accepted.
The Board will not be responsible for internet or postal or banking interference. So the candidates will not wait for the last dates and complete all the processes before that.
Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 Improvement Chance
If the candidate comes to know after filling the online application form that there has been a mistake in uploading any information/photo/signature in filling the application form, then he/she will be given a chance to edit it for rectification from 10.08.2021 to 11.08.2021.
Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [Lateral Entry] – 2021 Correction (Edit) in the Online Application Form can be done only by those candidates who have successfully filled the application form by the prescribed date and successfully deposited the examination fee.
To edit your Bihar Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2021 Online Application Form, go to the home page of the application, click on Sign In button, enter your email ID and password and click on the submit button and login to your account and make necessary corrections. Click on the Submit & Continue button, so that the entries you have edited can be updated and again after downloading the hard copy (Part-A and Part-B) of the edited application form, take out the print and keep it safe with you.
