And through the film producer Shailesh R Singh, the contract was signed with the complainant on 25 May 2019. It was said that after the completion of the work, Shailesh R Singh had given a check of 15 lakhs for payment which Sudhakar Tripathi deposited in his account, then it got bounced. The bank told that the signature is not being found. After hearing the complaint in November last year, the court had summoned Shailesh R Singh as an accused, but even after the order of the court, the accused Shailesh R Singh did not appear in the court, on which the court ordered to issue an arrest warrant against the accused. ordered.
