education qualification for BPSC Head Teacher Recruitment
To apply for these posts, the applicant must be a graduate with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. There is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum prescribed marks for SC ST, EBC, BC, Divyang, Women and Economically Weaker Section.
The degree of Alim of Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University or Bihar State Madrasa Board and the degree of Shastri of Darbhanga Sanskrit University is considered equivalent to graduation. Must have passed D.Ed, B.Ed, BT, B.A.Ed, B.Sc.Ed or B.L.Ed from a recognized university. For teachers appointed after 2012 or after, it is mandatory to pass TET and for teachers appointed before that, it is mandatory to pass proficiency test.
Age limit
The minimum and maximum age limit will not be set separately for the teachers working under the Government of Bihar, Panchayati Raj Sansthan, and Municipal Corporation. But the maximum age limit date: – By 01/08/2021, the age of retirement age should not be more than 60 years.
