It will also emphasize on on-site learning system while improving the concept of off-site learning. Under the Mission Karmayogi scheme, a proprietary special purpose vehicle company will be formed, which will be done under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. It will be a not-for-profit organization that will own and manage the iGOT Karmayogi Platform.
