Bihar Kisan Atma Yojana 2022

The full name of Kisan Atma Yojana is ATMA Yojana Full from- Agriculture Technology Management Agency. This scheme was started in the year 2005-06. Atma Yojana launched by the Central Government has been specially designed for such farmers who are not familiar with the benefits of modern farming. Under Atma Yojana, such farmers will be encouraged for modern farming. These farmers will be given training in modern agricultural implements so that they will get information about how good production can be done by modern farming. By changing his technology, the farmer can earn more income by doing farming in a modern way. From time to time, the government will give training to the farmers.

Bihar Kisan Puraskar Yojana 2022 Benefits

The farmer who produces the best at the block level is given a citation and a prize of Rs 10,000 .
The farmer who produces the best at the district level will be given Rs 25,000 and a citation.

How To Apply For Bihar Kisan Atma Yojana 2022

For the application of Bihar Kisan Samman Award Scheme 2021, the beneficiary has to first go to the official website of the department.
After that Online Application For Farmer Award 2022 The link has to be opened.
After that you have to fill the form shown on the screen.
And finally submit the application and take a print out of it.

To apply online, the farmer should have farmer registration, if not, then first of all go to the portal of https://dbtagriculture.bihar.gov.in/RegFarmer/ and get the farmer registered there if farmers can not do it by themselves. You can get it done at Cyber Cafe or Common Service Center.

To apply for Aatma Yojana on having farmer registration number, visit the portal of http://103.38.129.98/Bametireg/RegistrationForm.aspx where a form will open.

In this form, by giving farmer registration number, name of farmer applied, father/husband’s name, district, block, village/mohalla, post, police station, category, date of birth, mobile number and identity card number, click on Generate Registration ID button. Click.
After this, a 14 digit registration number will be generated on the screen in the name of the concerned farmer, which should be noted down and kept safe.
First click on Registered Farmer.
After this fill / enter the 14 digit registration number and other information.
Click on Proceed to Apply .
An application form will be created in which it is mandatory to enter all the information. If there is no information in any column, mark 0 (zero) against the column.
Upload the scanned copy of the photograph in JPG format up to 50 KB.
Upload the scanned copy of the farmer’s signature in JPG format up to 30 KB.
Upload the scanned copy of Identity Card up to 200 KB in JPG format.
Click on Affidavit.

Application Form Filling Process

First Step: Process of Farmer’s Registration/Registration

First of all go to the portal of www.bameti.org and https://dbtagriculture.bihar.gov.in/.
Applicants who have already registered on the web portal of Agriculture Department with 14 digit ID can fill their application form with the same ID. Those farmers who have not already registered on the web portal of Agriculture Department, generate their id with the given information and fill their application with the same id.
Click on the link to fill the application form on the Kisan Award Program 2022 link under the Atma Yojana. After clicking, read the instructions given on the page which will be displayed carefully.
Fill / mark all the information available on the site for registration registration.
Click on the Click to Generate Registration ID button.
After this, a 14-digit registration number will be generated on the screen in the name of the farmer concerned, which should be noted down and kept safe.

Conditions/Criteria for Farmer Award –

The criteria for the selection of farmers for Kisan Samman Yojana are as follows, region-wise.

Food grain crop – The basis of selection in this area will be quality maximum productivity (Q/Acre). Productivity will be determined by conducting a crop check and harvesting in 10m x 5m = 50 sqm in the field.
Horticulture Crop – In this area, the farmers will be rewarded according to the condition and criteria issued by the Directorate of Horticulture .
Cow rearing – According to the condition and criteria issued by the Director Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna for the farmer’s award for cow rearing, it will be done as per the following details.
- Minimum productivity per cow (hybrid breed) – 10 liters per evening (average)
- Minimum productivity per cow (indigenous breed) – 05 liters per evening (average)
Goat rearing – For goat rearing, the productivity for farmer award will be determined in the following way with the farmer concerned
Fisheries – It is mandatory for the productivity of the pond to be 04 tonnes in the case of composite fish culture and at least 20 tonnes per hectare in pangasius fisheries for the farmer’s award for fisheries. Also, the details of the sale of fish should be maintained in the register.

Agricultural fields –

The concerned farmer should have planted at least half an acre of crop in the area of agriculture (foodgrains).

Garden area –

The basis of selection in the concerned area will be prepared by the Directorate of Horticulture.

aquaculture –

For this, at least one pond should be available with the concerned farmer whose water area should be minimum 0.5 acres.
In fisheries, collection of earlings (09-12 months old seed), regular use of fish feed, regular checking of water quality, necessary measures to prevent disease etc. are being done.
Maintenance of all fisheries related activities (seed collection, fish feed use, fish and water testing and management) is being done regularly by the fisherman.
The productivity of the pond is 04 tonnes in case of mixed fish culture and minimum 20 tonnes per hectare in pangasius fisheries. Also, the details of fish sale should be maintained in the register.
The name of the market, wholesaler and retailer selling fish, date wise weight of fish should be mentioned in the register maintained.
All the applications received online in the fisheries sector at the block level will be scrutinized by the constituted Productivity Inquiry/Evaluation Committee.
The application forms and attached documents received from the fish farm will be maintained by the Block Technical Officer.
A copy of the application forms and attached documents of the fish farm will be made available to the District Fisheries Officer by the Block Technical Manager.

Cow rearing

For this, at least two milch cows {(hybrid breed) / (native), should be available with the concerned farmer.

Goat rearing –

For goat rearing, a unit of at least 10 goats and 1 goat should be available with the concerned farmer.

Determination of Minimum Productivity for Award – The applicant should not have less than the average productivity per unit of his crop/unit.

Process of applying and selection in Kisan Samman Yojana

Registration of farmers – Interested farmers will apply online for the identified business in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, and fisheries in the prescribed form schedule-1, 2, and 3.

A farmer can apply for more than one farm and only farmers registered on the website of the Agriculture Department can apply, but it will not be mandatory for animal husbandry and fishermen. In its place, Identity Card / Aadhar Card / Kisan Credit Card / Ration Card will be mandatory.
